僕は血圧が高いのですが、これを改善するために毎日の食生活を見直すことにしました。まずは、薄味、減塩、動物性油脂(バターやチーズ)不使用、低コレステロール、などなど。
ということは、結構低カロリーになるはずですから、ダイエットにつながるかもしれません。しかし、どうしても食べ過ぎちゃって、体重は65kg前後、あと5kg減らしたい。もうちょっとおなか周りを細目にしたいなぁ。
